2.1 In-Person Consultations

Physical consultations are available at our associated clinic locations in Mumbai, including Apollo Hospitals, Wockhardt Hospital, Lilavati Hospital, DY Patil University Pain Clinic, and Central Railway Hospital. Appointment availability is subject to schedule and clinical capacity.

2.2 Online Consultations

Tele-consultations are offered via video call, phone, or chat-based interaction for eligible patients. Online consultations are intended for follow-ups, case reviews, second opinions, and non-emergency pain management discussions.

2.3 Appointment Enquiries

You may submit enquiries through our website contact form or reach us directly via phone or WhatsApp. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed appointment; appointments are confirmed only upon direct communication with our team.

2.4 Educational Content

Our website includes blogs, case studies, treatment information, and other educational content relating to pain medicine and spine care. This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

3. Telemedicine & Clinical Terms

3.1 Eligibility

Online consultations are available to individuals who are:

  • At least 18 years of age, or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian if under 18
  • Capable of providing an accurate and coherent medical history
  • Located within India at the time of the consultation

3.2 Emergency Disclaimer

Our online consultation services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you or anyone in your care is experiencing a life-threatening condition, severe acute pain, loss of consciousness, paralysis, or any other emergency, please immediately contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.

3.3 Clinical Discretion

Dr. Sidharth Verma reserves the right to:

  • Decline or discontinue an online consultation if a physical examination is clinically necessary for safe assessment
  • Refer you to another specialist or facility if your condition falls outside the scope of interventional pain management
  • Decline to prescribe medications where clinical examination or diagnostic imaging is required

3.4 Prescription Limitations

Prescriptions issued through online consultations are subject to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Medical Council of India and the Board of Governors. Schedule H1, Schedule X, narcotic, and psychotropic substances will not be prescribed via online consultations under any circumstances.

3.5 Nature of Advice

All clinical recommendations made during a consultation are based on the information provided by you at that time. Treatment decisions are individualised and may change following physical examination, diagnostic investigations, or further clinical review. Information shared on this website does not substitute a formal clinical consultation.
